What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- It is recommended to book earlier than 3 working days before departure. We will complete your itinerary confirmation and information reply within 24 hours, or no later than 3 working days in case of peak orders. If the tour is sold out, we will offer you other options or cancel the order.
- Package price is for a single person, if two people share the package, the second person will be charged 50% of the package fee and the overall number of bullets will remain the same
- Tourists under 8 years old are not allowed to participate in the tour, minors over 8 years old must be accompanied by a guardian to participate in the tour.
