How To Use
- Visitors must arrive 45 minutes prior to their reserved time to the ticket exchange location and present the PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and a valid official ID to check in. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
- Please check important time zone information of Antelope Canyon on Voucher. Please plan your trip with the time zone/changes in mind and unforeseen circumstances that may arise with traveling. NO REFUND if arrive late.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Please bring PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and valid official ID to check in at least 45 minutes before the departure time
- ALL Tour times will be reduced in capacity, to follow CDC & Navajo Department of Health guidelines. It is possible to change or cancel your original tour time(Refund difference), in the case of guide policy or on-site capacity situation.
- Please NO tripods, monopods, selfie sticks or animals allowed on the tour.
- We do not have an area to leave or leash your pets/animals,If you must bring pets or service animals with you, please carefully consider joining the trip.
- Not allowed for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Not wheelchair accessible.
- Due to the high demand and the restrictions on the number of visitors for each time slot, the actual entry time may be adjusted even after confirmation, especially at peak season.
